IRIS-YOGA SESSIONS

Join the movement of practicing self-care by stretching, releasing, and restoring at home with your yoga mat and laptop. Slow down and let go of anything that is no longer serving you. Breathe to release stress and create space. Breath-work will be used to alleviate tension in your body in this trademark class. As you unlock fresh space in your body and mind, work on slowing it all down with this gentle restorative flow class. The most effective strategy to include some self-care at the end of the day.

Our classes make everyone feel comfortable. Each person can work at their own level and pace without feeling intimidated. We have the ability to engage the students and meet them where they are at. We give modifications for beginners and instructions to challenge the more advanced students.
This virtual sessions for all levels will nourish your body and help you relax in the privacy of your own home. This lesson will be held through Zoom. All you'll need is a few things.

Our sessions combines relaxation, yoga asanas (postures/exercises), kundalini yoga(yoga of awareness, awaken of energy), and meditation are all used in our classes to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit.
Using a combination of dynamic and static yoga poses, natural heat is generated in the body. Breath and awareness are given a lot of attention.
Every session includes relaxation because we recognize how important it is for balancing and healing the body. Relaxation is also emphasized during the postures and in between them.
A full-body workout that incorporates strength, movement, relaxation, and quiet.
